I've been off track the last few weeks but getting my walks in. This morning I was able to start my day with this 20-minute session and it felt good (although the 2nd round of those waist cinches was tiring!).

I worked up a sweat on this one! The pushups were the most challenging and really loved that I felt in a state of flow with the squats/ breath cues for each circuit this morning to jumpstart my weekend 🙂

Loved this session! My mind was in the zone this AM and was fully committed to the reps with my 3lbs weights even when my arms were getting tired!

This was really challenging! At 21:00 I was ready to cuss but so glad I kept going. Onward!
