I found this nice and gentle for arms/ thighs- especially after doing a mega reformer class yesterday!

this was terrific- I really like the express workouts!

I really loved the sumo squats!

omgg I wasn't ready for this burner!! The first two reps I was digging it and around 10:45 I was like " mercy!!", especially when you said you could drop the weights if needed😜

I'm super sweaty ( and it's finally. warm morning on the East coast!) Loved seeing how my strength has built over the last year and could handle all the plank twists with no pain or wobbling and the superman reps for the lower back!!

This combo felt great- my body seems to be responding best to the express sessions and I really loved the pushups and bear crawl!

Wonderful! It was so exciting to be able to do the string of pearls / hip lifts without pain! The obliques of were harder on the 2nd side than the first 

So happy I was able to do this session before work! So sweaty and excited to see my increased balance doing the barre work/ diamonds which are always super challenging for my tight hips!
