Hi Adrianna! I just flew back from Columbus today! I was born there but moved to Florida when I was 3. My family has moved back so I’m usually there in the summer and every other year for Christmas! I also have 3 kids (8,5 and 14 months). I also have high cortisol and PCOS and I’ve tried all kinds of workouts and barre and Pilates is the only thing my body likes. Everything else tends to make me feel like I’m holding onto weight. Are you starting the challange next week?

Just what I need! I want 2024 to be very different than 2023! I was lacking the motivation to stick with anything
