Hi everyone! I used to be a member of Openfit which Natalie was a trainer for and how I began following her! Iโm so excited to catch back up with her classes and hopefully establish as good of a workout routine as I had 2 years ago. Last year it was hard with motivation. I have 3 kids and feel like I barely have energy to get the daily tasks done so working out was out on the back burner. I got back into it when I signed up for bootcamp classes but I quickly noticed I was holding onto weight and it wasnโt doing me any good. Iโve found my body reacts very well to barre and Pilates. Anyone looking for an accountability buddy? Not someone who will say itโs okay that I missed 3 days that week, someone who will encourage me to take that 10-15-30 minutes to do a workout! If you need a true accountability buddy Iโm your girl!
