Omg in the first 2 minutes my arms felt heavy and thought I'd never get through the workout , but strangely as i kept going my arms started to ease and not so heavy and achy 💪❤

I absolutely loved this , wish i could of kept the weight on my back leg it kept falling off ,

I must be doing something wrong 🤔

I love this had to stop on the last bit my tummy was burning beyond beleif.

Thankyou so much for yet another amazing workout 😁.

Im loving this ❤, i never used to like exercising but you make it fun and your by far the best ..

Will these exercises make my legs bigger im trying to slim and tone them but i feel they are getting bigger 🤔 x🤷‍♀️

Im starting this Saturday 9th sept, i hope i dont get cramp ,as i keep getting cramp in my feet and legs 😳

Wow my legs were burning , your amazing i wouldnt of got through ot if it wasnt for such support through out the work out , thankyou .

I keep getting cramps in my feet when i flex them and the back of thy thighs not sure why

Going to start in the morning ,so nervous ill end up making my legs bigger .

Ive been doing lunges and squats which has made my legs bigger not sure why 🤷‍♀️
