Barre is intense!! I could’ve pushed myself further if my feet didn’t cramp up so bad

I’m surprised at how well my body still has endurance after weeks of not working out!! I still have to modify the hip dips my body still can’t hold itself up yet and the crunches at the end trying to get my upper body up is a challenge!! But nonetheless a great workout!!!

This one was a burn out!! The second position relevé lifts I could not complete but the mat portion I could push through.

I had taken a 2 week break from the program and now that I’m back I expected a burn and nothing burned at all or felt activated in the flutes. I feel like I have the correct form for the exercises but im definitely dripping sweat by the end of this workout.

Whew this burned but I think I’m building muscle endurance cause I was able to push myself a little more than usual!!

This one burned for sure!! Lol I had to take several breaks I didn’t complete the bird dog on the left side but I made it through the entire workout!!

I didn’t sweat with this one at all but I can’t do the reverse plank it’s incredibly hard for me. I’m not sure if I just can’t hold my body weight in that position yet but I’m met with a lot of resistance especially with that hands in that particular position. What would be a modified version of doing a reverse plank?

This was a good!! I’m always nervous with long workouts but yours don’t make me feel like I’m dying! The only truly hard one was the push-ups on the couch I had to modify that. And I’m working on pushing through the burn!!

This one burned lol! Ima. Trained dancer but I think I notice my back continuing to arch on its own when I was at the bar.
