Great full body express defiantly broke a sweat! Shoulders were burning in the beginning after yesterdays core and booty express workout!

This was good!! Finally back in it after weeks of not working out

Phew this burned! Had to take frequent breaks I was getting a tension headache so trying to figure out the best way not to aggravate my neck.

That was a GREAT booty burn!!

What can you do in place when you grab both legs? I’m not able to grab both at the same time yet

Not too long after this post I got really sick (really bad case of norovirus and a concussion) Still not 100% recovered yet but finally able to get back started into Pilates. Im starting with gentle flow and mobility and working my way back into strength training and body contouring.

Hi hi! I started Pilates about 1.5 years ago. I have Endo and it isn’t the easiest losing weight but Slowly but surely I’ve noticed it coming off. I keep at it because I know the more I do it the more progress I will see! My fitness goal for 2025 is to really amp it up this year. I want to dedicate and discipline myself to achieve the body I want like losing weight while also body contouring so I can continue to love what I see in the mirror💖

Really enjoyed this one and I used a resistance band since I didn’t have a ball. the side plank was my favorite, so good for snatching the waist lol!
