This one really works the whole body - arms, core, hips etc. It also has a nice gentle flow that makes your body feel more relaxed afterwards 💜

I was a little scared when you said intermediate but this was a really great practice that incorporated some core work which was great! Really loved the visualization meditation at the end 💜
