I didn’t drop the ball this time but only because I was using a different smaller ball 😉 The glute burn was quick and very targeted and the stretch at the end was lovely. Great way to move your body in a gentler way 💜

This flow is really grounding and relaxing 💜

Not pregnant either but these workouts have been challenging me in a completely different way. Also thank you for the giggles midway through, it helped me laugh through the burn 🔥
