Our 2 week Body Blast Challenge is now available!
This is the perfect challenge to try out all of the 'most viewed' workouts on the platform while blasting calories and sculpting the full body!

You will need a small loop band, mat, 1-3lb weights, a barre/chair and optional magic circle/pilates ring.
