Lengthen & Sculpt is a 21-day challenge designed to help you feel stronger, more open, and more confident in your body through a combination of Pilates, strength and flexibility training.

Over the next 3 weeks, you’ll focus on:

✨ improving flexibility and working towards your splits
✨ sculpting your core, legs and glutes
✨ opening tight hips and improving posture
✨ supporting your hormones through low-stress, effective movement

Each workout is designed to be intentional and controlled, combining deep core work, pelvic floor connection and flow-based movement to help you build strength without burnout.

Alongside your workouts, you’ll aim for 8k+ steps daily, supporting your metabolism, energy and overall results.

Focus: reduce tension, open hips, reconnect to your core

Tue: Sculpt Lower – glutes + activation
Wed: Core & Pelvic Floor – deep core basics
Thu: Lengthen Flow – posture + mobility
Fri: Sculpt Upper – arms + back
Sat: Split Series 1 – foundations
Sun: Walk & Reset – 8k+ steps + optional stretch

Focus: build strength + increase flexibility

Mon: Lengthen Flow – deeper stretch + flow
Tue: Sculpt Lower – glutes + inner thighs
Wed: Core & Pelvic Floor – obliques + control
Thu: Lengthen Flow – hips + spine
Fri: Sculpt Upper – arms + posture
Sat: Split Series 2 – progression
Sun: Walk & Reset – 8k+ steps + optional stretch
