Definitely less bloating! 👊 Tummy looks better under my clothing. Stayed consistent and met every day's goal. Scale number is the same due to menopause but I noticeably feel better and look better in the mirror!

An extra workout when the one didn't get marked complete. Plus a yoga flow before today's mobility class and a couple extra cardio classes to keep that step count up!

NR - this is odd. I completed yesterday's workout around 6:20 pm EST & it shows as such on my calendar, but it's not showing marked complete on the weekly list. Could this be because I used a different device? I usually work off my iPad but it was so nice out yesterday I did it outside using my phone. I can assure you this was done! Thanks!

I needed this!! I was in the office today & those are the days where I struggle to do anything since I prefer morning workouts. On a good note I'm at 7500 steps so far! 😊

Consistency! Wuth the workouts, the step count and pairing the workouts with Additional strength, cardio, yoga and/or stretching.
