Short and sweet—could have done with more form cuing though—been a minute since I’ve done Pilates but I was looking for cueing on when to stack hips, shoulders, where heels should be in relation to hips, in the side plank should the bottom leg be straight along the back of the mat or at a 45 degree angle forward from the hip; were the shoulder blade supposed to be pulled together or slide down the back towards the hips during the arm work?
