Could I use an egg in place of the flax egg (no flax on hand)? If so do you recommend 1 or 2 eggs? I also have quick oats but not rolled oats. Would you recommend subbing what I have or skip the oat ingredient?

Quick but 🔥 🥵 💀 lol. My husband wants me to join him on a 5 mile hike now 😵

I feel the effects of all the workouts from this week and it feels so good! I have begrudgingly worked out here and there for months…random workouts with no program to help guide me…but for the first time in 1-2 years I look forward to your workouts, Natalie! My husband told me today that I am looking more slender 🥹I am not following the recipe meals exact, but I am logging my foods and making better choices both cooking at home & eating out. Experiencing less bloating, more energy, and enthusiasm! Thank you for this community and for your instruction, Natalie.
