Hi!! I am new here and just did my first workout and LOVED IT. I was a dancer growing up so some of the movements remind me of that time of life and made me so happy. I am a mom of 3 (7 weeks postpartum to my youngest) and live in Columbus OH! My health and fitness journey began roughly 10 years ago and I have found that different movement has fit in my life at different seasons. High cortisol and PCOS definitely changed my life so I am more focused on strength and Pilates style workouts in this season so I love it here!
