I’ve been doing the 328 method for the past few weeks, and doing my strength workouts at pole class along with these videos and WOW I can already tell the difference. I got a Fitbit to track my steps and it has been great to also get my up and walking while I’m doing my desk job. Can’t wait to see even more progress.

Hey I’m new here and hoping to lose 10 pounds by May. What’s the best program for that? I also do 2 days a week of pole dancing and I want it to work with that
