Didn’t feel much in my abs but I was definitely mindful to engage my core the whole time. I felt it more in my quads and triceps. The breathing throughout helped!

Didn’t really feel my things burning all too bad but the side seat was burning!!

This was really good and warming I’m trying to stick the the snatch a sculp program but having a hard time staying consistent

Finally hopping back into Pilates after about 2 months trying get snatched for my birthday in November. Those squat circuits were killer

Good workout!! My upper body doesn’t seem to be that flexible because I can never interlace my fingers behind my back to do that stretch. Also doing the plank with the arms facing forward is pretty difficult I can’t get it to be flat

This was good I had to keep stopping to use different objects to hold behind my thigh since I didn’t have a ball lol. Also I didn’t feel a burn during the ab work on the stomach but I believe my form was correct though.

I haven’t done Pilates since January and ive finally gotten back into!
