Great workout- love the Pilates variation with the wall. It really helped target my thighs and hamstrings!

Also, loved the stretch at the end 😊

Holy hamstrings! The ball really helped target my hamstrings which I really need, even though they scream at me šŸ˜‰. Great full body workout!

Loved this Barre Pilates workout! The supported one leg bridges on the wall were a great way for me to really focus on which side is stronger and work on that imbalance moving forward.
