Loved the suggestion to do this after the 1st workout of the Feminine Fire challenge. It felt so good to stretch out the lower body!

Amazing workout for the arms and the back muscles which can be hard to target. Even though the workout was intense, my back and shoulders feel much looser afterwards πŸ˜„
