My glutes and hamstrings are on fire after that workout! The one leg bridge work really allowed me to see how far I’ve come in this program-at the beginning I couldn’t do them at all. Consistency and these targeted workouts really make you stronger 💪

I added ankle weights this time around and even though I wanted to take them off 2 minutes in, I kept them on. My abs are on 🔥

Love using the ball as a prop, it targets different muscle groups

The prone work in this workout is total fire 🔥 Adding the ball makes the feeling more intense so you can really work your lower back and glute muscles
