I used 10 pound weights and I was burning!

Such a good full body workout - shaky all over!

That was an insane arm workout- no breaks!! I’m super sweaty and my arms are jello πŸ”₯

Ab burner! Quick question - in the reverse plank, my wrists hurt when I bend them to face my glutes. Is there a modification for my wrists? Maybe a prop or change in wrist placement
