Such a great booty burner in under 15 minutes!

Coming back from hurting my left knee a bit and this was the perfect workout to come back to the 8 week challenge. I needed all that core workโ€ฆ..dare I say Iโ€™ve missed it ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜‰

Wow a total burner ๐Ÿฅต๐Ÿ’ช

Iโ€™m definitely going to be feeling that tomorrowโ€ฆ..but in a good way ๐Ÿ˜‰

I love this one for the perfect mix of core work and the mobility and stretch that I needed today ๐Ÿ’œ

Still a burner third time around! I did the kneeling parts standing with squats this time due to some currently unhappy knees but all it did was add even more burn ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This workout is perfect for working all those smaller muscle groups that we need for better mobility and balance
