Amazing workout for the arms and the back muscles which can be hard to target. Even though the workout was intense, my back and shoulders feel much looser afterwards 😄

This was a sweaty one 💦 Loved all the new moves but also keeping the moves similar enough to be able to follow along throughout the workout
