Attached is a schedule suggestion for Week 3 ⬇️

All workouts are scheduled in the calendar alongside some recipes to try with follow along videos. (I hope you like the music aha) 

The intensity is amping up this week with a focus on the booty & legs to help you maximize the fat burning zone! ⬇️

Keep pushing with your power walks. Inside or out, try and aim for 8k steps per day. 

Remember, if you do not have a Pilates ball - you can use a cushion or fold a towel.
