Strength x Pilates Glow Up Challenge Schedule Suggestion Week 2

Happy Sunday Beautiful People! I am SO proud of you all for starting 2024 strong! 

Attached is a schedule suggestion for Week 2 ⬇️

All workouts are scheduled in the calendar alongside some recipes to try with follow along videos. 

The focus for this week is stamina & strength. ⬇️

Keep pushing with your power walks. Inside or out, try and aim for 8k steps per day. 

Week 2 workouts have some more combo moves & cardio to hit the fat burning zone ⬇️.

Remember, if you do not have a Pilates ball - you can use a cushion or fold a towel.
