Strength x Pilates Glow Up Challenge Schedule Suggestion & meal plan guides✨💗📈.
Happy New Year everyone! I hope we feel ready to start 2024 strong. Attached is a schedule suggestion for Week 1 ⬇️
The focus for this week is conditioning.
I would like you to prioritise 4 power walks per week for at least 30 mins.
This can be completed on a treadmill/inside if needed.
Week 1 workouts combine both strength & Pilates exercises ⬇️.
We will break down form and alignment to give you a strong foundation to begin with.
If you do not have a Pilates ball - you can use a cushion or fold a towel.

Macros are broken down for you with a weekly shopping list to keep you on track.
Nutrition & protein intake is so important! So be sure to stay on track for at least 80% of the week to really maximise your results 📈
