Week 2 Schedule Suggestion ⬇️

Hey Fabulous Subscribers! Week 2 is LIVE! 

Equipment needed ❤️

Pilates mini ball (can use cushion) 
light hand weights
moderate to heavy weights 6-12kg 
ankle weights (optional) 
barre/chair/stable surface 

Aim for 2-2.5L of water per day 

Aim for 8k steps per day minimum 

Follow the 80/20 diet to maximise your results - remember you can't out train a bad diet. 

Use the recipe guides to follow a low sugar, high protein diet. Suitable for managing PCOS symptoms & reducing inflammation.
