Weekly Habits to Focus On:
π₯ Cut out overly processed foods where possible β focus on whole, nourishing meals
π§ Aim for 2L of water daily to support energy & reduce bloating
π§π½ Choose one mindfulness habit this week (journaling, meditation, breathwork, gratitude) to help manage cortisol & inflammation
