Hey Everyone!

We’re kicking off the Love Your Core Challenge with a LIVE core-focused class on Zoom, and I’d love to see as many of you there as possible. You will find it in the calendar on the 14th (Saturday)Β 

This session is designed to help you ease into the challenge, reconnect with your core, and start from a calm, supported place. Expect hormone-friendly, low-impact movement focused on deep core connection, pelvic floor support, posture, and strength.

Suitable for all levels, including postpartum, PCOS, and peri-menopause.
