If you’re short on time, try one of these to stay consistent:

• Do a yoga or restorative session 🧘‍♀️ to support recovery and lower stress

For example:
• “I will complete all my 3 2 8 sessions.” 💪
• “I will hit my step target 5 days this week.” 🚶‍♀️
• “I will prioritise sleep and hydration.” 💦😴
