Tomorrow is officially Day 1 of the 35 Soft Challenge, and we couldn’t be more excited to kick things off with you! Here’s a quick checklist to help you get started:

Day 1 Stats:
• Waistline: Measure the smallest part of your waist.
• Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.
• Top of Thigh: Measure around the top of your thigh.
• Top of Bicep: Measure the top of your bicep.
• Weight: Record your current weight.

Photos:
• Take photos from the front, side, and back to document your progress.
• No need to upload photos every week—just take them for your personal records.

Upload Your Stats & Photos:
• Send your Day 1 stats and photos to support@bodybybarrestudio.com to enter the competition!

Prep for Success:
• Choose your book for the challenge.
• Prep your breakfast and set out your workout clothes the night before for a smooth start to your day.
