8–10k steps (non-negotiable)✔

Protein with every meal✔

2L water minimum

You don’t need to be perfect this weekend.

You just need to stay on track enough.

One off-plan meal doesn’t undo progress…but falling off for 2–3 days does.

Stay close to the plan.
