Hey Team! Are we feeling ready for the summer Challenge starting Monday āØš.
The schedule is up ā¬ļø.
Monday we start strong with weights.
Then we maximise your power walk on Tuesday. Please get your heart rate elevated to reach the fat burning zone. For at least (15 mins).
Weds workout is a sweaty one but be ready for the burn (trainers).
Iād like you to reduce snacking or overall processed foods this week to kickstart your progress.
And remember to keep your water intake up š¦
