The final week is here! 

We start Monday with a lower body strength workout. Have your jump rope ready to start the week strong! 

Wednesday is all about cardio & burning fat while building deep core strength. 

Then we end the week with a deep core sculpt & stretch to mobilize & reset. 

Let's give it everything we've got! Final push to finish strong! You did not come this far to ONLY come this far! 

Keep building stamina in those power walks!

Keep your water intake high 3L minimum & amp up the intensity with your weights to burn out every muscle!
