My big why of 2025 is to continue to look after myself. In 2023 I found out I was severely low in B12 and Folic Acid and I felt the lowest I have mentally and physically in my life at 35 years old. I also have PCOS. I made a promise to myself that I would start eating more nutritional and move my body in ways that support it and my mind also!I'm so happy I found Natalie and this community!😊
