Coming back after 1.5 weeks off and a bunch of not nutritious food lol. Had to take frequent breaks but I pushed through and with my heaviest weights of 8lbs.

First time using ankles weights for any workout and you can definitely tell a difference. So much more challenging!

Came back after taking a week break and was able to do this all the way through with no breaks!

I am sweaty mess with this one! I feel it in my lower back as well when doing glutes

I loved this!! Especially on day 1 of my cycle. It eased up the lower back pain. I do the reverse plank on fists because I can’t apply full pressure on my right hand. Also not able to lock my hands in the back and round forward yet.

I haven’t used weights in a minute but I used my heaviest set (8lbs) and made it through!! I had a slight pull on the left side of my pelvis when I was doing the goblet squats due to some Endo and pelvic floor dysfunction things.
