Definitely a booty burn but able to push through like 80% without stopping for a break!!

That kind muscle connection with the combos πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

I’ve maintained some muscluar endurance because this didn’t burn as bad as when I first started Pilates but I still felt the burn!!

I really sweated on this one!! Had to pause a few times my endurance is lacking but once I’m consistent I should be able to push through!!

Very good refresher after not having done Pilates for like 3 months!! It’s enough of a burn to feel like I’m doing something but not too much to the point of stopping!!!
