Ohh definitely sweated during this one! Used a Pilates ring and stuffed animal since I didn’t have a Pilates ball lol

To stay consistent physically! It’s the holiday season so I’m eating more of foods I wouldn’t eat normally and balancing a festive schedule. So if I can stay on it physically then I at least feel like I’m not losing momentum and all my progress!

My first time using a ring and I really loved using it!!!

My quads!!!🔥🔥🔥my upper body use to be the strongest thing on me lol but the roles have reversed and my upper body can take the burn more
