That was a good glute session! I fell off my routine for about 1.5 week. Wanted to get back into the routine and started with this new glute workout. Even with the little break I was able to do it! (I paused a few times lol) but it was a good burn to keep going and your affirmations throughout!

I’ve been focusing more on my Pilates breath with each workout as we progress. Today I felt it more in my quads than in my abdominal area. Granted my quads are recovering from the previous 30 minute session in this week lol

That was hard lol! Bird dogs are so interesting cause I’m trying to make sure I keep a neutral back. When doing bird dogs where should I feel it?

The mat portion was definitely a burner but the standing glute work I only felt in my lower back and little to nothing in my glutes especially on the deadlifts. Any suggestions to not feel it in my back and feel it more in my glutes?

This was such a good one!! Not too much of an uncomfortable burn but just enough to push through the burn truly felt like a power house!

Coming back to this one I feel this more in my hip flexors than my core this time around. I feel like I’m following all of the instructions correctly and with correct form. How can I feel it more in my core than in my hips and pelvic area?

Phew! Sweating in my hair! Day 4 of consecutively working out after a 2 month hiatus

I can literally feel my muscles engaging and disengaging as I breathe after this workout lol. Core work always helps me loosen up my back and spine.

💫Excited to begin a new challenge! The only thing I have an issue is getting 8k steps a day the most I get is close to 2k walking my dog. Will I still see the results without reaching the 8k step goals?

Loved this! But I was unable to do the profession on the rocking in bent knee position to the straightened high V.
