Iโ€™ve been doing the 328 method for the past few weeks, and doing my strength workouts at pole class along with these videos and WOW I can already tell the difference. I got a Fitbit to track my steps and it has been great to also get my up and walking while Iโ€™m doing my desk job. Canโ€™t wait to see even more progress.
