I’m on week 10 of the 12wk transformation challenge and I am so happy I signed up for this app. Your direction is so spot on bc it includes proper breathing and posture cues. Not many trainers really do that as often and it makes a huge difference! Best thing I could’ve done was become a member of this community. I’m down 10lbs and more importantly, sleeping better and feeling overall stronger. Thank you Natalie!🫶🏽
