Hi there, I’ve recently signed up and thought I’d try an 8-week 328 challenge in the run-up to Christmas. Being 44 years old and perimenopausal, should I follow the PCOS friendly plan?
If I wanted to pick ‘n’ mix workouts each week instead, I see the upper body and lower body specific playlists say they are barre and Pilates style. So I could do one of each of those, and then maybe a full body to get my 3x barre a week? Then pick 2 full body from the strength section?
