Hello,

I just came across this app on TikTok and signed up. I am someone who has been battling PCOS specifically insulin resistance so I'm hoping to get myself in shape. I was just wondering which challenge you would recommend the 328 Shred 8 week challange ro 6 week snatch once.

I've always done weight training and low impact excersizes but pilaties is something new!
