I have PCOS. I know what it's like to do everything "right" — eat clean, train hard, push through — and watch your body refuse to budge. For years I thought the problem was me.
It wasn't. It was that hormonal and postpartum bodies don't respond to harder — they respond to smarter. Lower-cortisol movement, deep core work, walking, and eating in a way that nourishes rather than restricts. When I finally trained with my body instead of against it, everything changed — including conceiving my baby naturally.
