I'm a total beginner. Can I do this?+
Absolutely. Every session has clear cues and modifications, and the 28-day plan takes you step by step from day one.
Is this suitable for PCOS / PMOS?+
Yes β€” it's built specifically for hormonal bodies. The whole framework is designed to lower cortisol, support insulin sensitivity, and work with your cycle. (As always, check with your GP before starting any new programme.)
Is it postpartum-friendly?+
Yes. I'm 9 months postpartum myself and doing this challenge alongside you. Sessions are gentle, core- and pelvic-floor-aware. Please get clearance from your GP or women's health physio before returning to exercise.
What if I don't have all the equipment?+
Start with what you've got. Most sessions work with just a mat and your bodyweight. You can build up the rest as you go.
