The programme

Ready to stop starting over?

3-2-8 Lite is a three-week programme designed to help you rebuild consistency through short, effective workouts that fit into real life.

Whether you're returning after a break, easing back into movement, navigating PCOS, postpartum, or simply looking for a more sustainable approach to fitness, this programme will help you create habits that last.

It follows the PCOS variation of my signature 3-2-8 Method. The lower training volume is deliberate. It's designed to support your body rather than add to its stress load, while the strength work does the heavy lifting for metabolic health.

Five sessions a week, three guided power walks, 10 to 25 minutes a session.

3-2-8 Lite lives inside Body By Barre Studio. Your membership includes it in full, along with the anti-inflammatory meal plan, the entire class library, new classes every week, and every programme that comes after this one.

Why less works

Ovulation isn't a given. It's a result.

Your cycle is one of the first things your body deprioritises when it's under load. Not because anything is wrong with you, but because reproduction is expensive, and a body reading constant stress signals is not a body that prioritises it.

Most programmes add to that load. Long sessions, high intensity, five or six days a week. For women managing PCOS, recovering postpartum, or trying to conceive, that's more stress on a system already working hard.

3-2-8 Lite is built the other way round.

Less isn't the concession.
It's the design.

The science

Insulin sensitivity is one of the levers your cycle is most responsive to.

Research published in Obstetrics & Gynecology in May 2026 examined the relationship between insulin resistance and fertility outcomes, adding to a growing body of evidence that metabolic health and ovulatory function are closely connected.

Strength training is one of the most reliable ways to support insulin sensitivity. Regular moderate movement is also associated with lower chronic inflammatory markers, and low-grade inflammation is a recognised feature of PCOS.

That's why the two strength sessions in this programme are non-negotiable, and why the walking matters as much as the workouts.

Yun et al., Obstetrics & Gynecology, May 2026

What the movement is doing

Four things happening while you move.

i.
Blood flow

Movement increases circulation, and the hips and pelvis are one of the areas most affected by sitting still. Hip mobility, glute work and daily walking all support blood flow to a part of the body that spends most of the day compressed and forgotten.

ii.
Your pelvic floor

Breath-led work in every Pilates and barre session, connecting the exhale to the lift. Not just prevention and repair. Strength, sensation, and stability at the very centre of you.

iii.
Your nervous system

Slow, breath-paced movement and walking outdoors support the shift out of a constant state of alert. Two rest days a week are built in on purpose. Your body does its repair work in the recovery, not the session.

iv.
Insulin sensitivity

The two strength sessions are where the metabolic work happens. Lean muscle changes how your body handles glucose, and insulin resistance sits at the centre of so much of what women with PCOS are told to simply live with.

The part nobody trains

Your pelvic floor isn't a problem to manage.

It's talked about almost entirely in terms of what can go wrong. Leaks, prolapse, recovery. Rarely as what it actually is, which is the foundation of how you stand, how you breathe, how you lift, and how you feel in your own body.

This is quiet work. You won't feel it burn. But it's the difference between a body that holds together under load and one that doesn't, and between feeling like a passenger in your own body and feeling entirely at home in it.

Power at the centre,
and everything else follows.

From the Studio

In their own words

I've enjoyed working out with Natalie for several years. It is challenging but something I can handle daily. I look forward to each new challenge.

Laura L.  ·  Studio member

I previously struggled with mobility issues and I find these exercises easy to follow. My posture has improved, I feel more attuned with my body, I practice active breathing and it does calm me.

Steph  ·  Three months in

I've been doing your 3-2-8 for the last few weeks and feeling comfortable in my body all around. I've struggled with PCOS and it took years to get a diagnosis, and I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Studio member  ·  A few weeks in

I finally feel like my body is mine again. Your programme and workouts are life changing.

Let's be honest

Three weeks isn't a transformation. It's a restart.

Anyone promising you a new body, or a solved cycle, in twenty-one days is selling you something. Here is what three weeks of showing up actually gives you.

Movements that felt awkward in week one start to feel automatic.
You'll be lifting heavier than you were on day one, and you'll notice it.
A pelvic floor connection you can actually find, rather than one you're guessing at.
Two rest days a week, taken without guilt, because they're part of the design.
A structure you can keep going with, instead of one that runs out.
Three weeks

How it builds

i.
Find Your Rhythm

Learn the movements, find your pace, build the habit. Nothing here is meant to break you.

ii.
Add The Load

Same sessions, more challenge. Heavier weights, longer holds. This is where the work starts to show.

iii.
Feel The Difference

Your hardest week, and your benchmark session. You'll repeat the exact workout you did in week one, so you can feel for yourself how far you've come.

Three weeks from now,
you could already be past week one.

How long this takes

Three weeks starts it. Your cycle answers in months.

Three cycles before there's anything
meaningful to look at.

Insulin sensitivity, resting inflammation and ovulatory patterns are all measured over months rather than weeks. Three cycles is the usual window before a change is worth reading, and longer again if your cycles are irregular or absent. That is the honest reason the six and twelve month memberships cost less per month. They're the length the work actually takes.

Every membership includes exactly the same thing. 3-2-8 Lite in full, the anti-inflammatory meal plan, the entire class library, new classes every week, and every programme that comes after this one. The only difference is how long you give yourself.
